WHICH DATA DO I USE?

IP addresses keeping record of visitor statistics.

Persons who regisiter:

Name (compulsory) in order to identify the person and to be able to address them.

E-mail address (compulsory) in order to send a confirmation of registration on the website and send blogs and "Free Bird" newsletters if applicable.

Data generated by the website:

Downloaded products: in order to keep record of those items ordered or downloaded.

Other data:

Content of possible (email) correspondence with you -a.o. from my social media accounts- in order to reply.

WHO DO I PASS YOUR DATA ON TO?

Your data is gathered only for myself but in some cases it can be essential to pass them on to third parties:

Suppliers (data processors) I use like a hosting company and wix.com a website building tool.

Legal advisers:  In case of a legal dispute I could be forced to provide your data to a legal adviser and use this data in a legal procedure, in which data essential to the case only gets passed on. 

Government agencies: Should I be bound by law I would have to pass on your data to government agencies such as for instance tax authorities. 

DO I PLACE COOKIES?

Yes, I do put cookies and other data on your computer, tablet, cell phone, smartwatch or any other equipment you may use to visit my website. It only concerns functional cookies.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS?

You are legally bound to let me have you view your collected data and to have incorrect information corrected, or in some cases even removed or shielded.
